How to package a scanner for return

Please package the scanner carefully to help protect it from damage during transport.

Wrap the scanner securely in bubble wrap or similar protective material.
Place the wrapped scanner in a sturdy box suitable for transport.
Include a copy of the completed Repair Form inside the box with the scanner.
Make sure the scanner cannot move around freely inside the box. Use additional packing material if required.
Seal the box securely before sending it for repair.

Please do not send accessories such as chargers, cables or docks unless requested by Barcode Logic.
