Getting Started: Installing Your ARScan2 Software

This guide covers the first steps you need to take after receiving your new ARScan2 unit to prepare for your software installation and training session.
Before Your Installation Appointment
To ensure your installation and training session goes smoothly, please complete the following steps beforehand.
- Fully Charge the Scanner Once you have unpacked your unit, plug in the charging cradle. Place the scanner firmly in the cradle and let it charge for at least 12 hours. A full initial charge is crucial for battery health and performance.
- Install TeamViewer Our installation and training sessions are conducted remotely using TeamViewer. If you do not already have it, please download and install TeamViewer for Windows from the official website: https://www.teamviewer.com/apac/download/windows/
- Prepare Your Wi-Fi Password Please have your Wi-Fi network name and password ready for the installation call. We will need it to connect the scanner to your network.
- Book Your Installation Time When you are ready, please give us a call at 02 4391 0148 to book a time for your software installation and training session.
